Hakan Bogazpinar

If you’re one of those people who have a USB drive filled with pictures of MySpace poses, it’s time you get away from the bathroom mirror and get a fresh perspective. Behold the latest invention in digital cameras by Turkish designer Hakan Bogazpinar, notably called the Flee. Taking cameras one step up, it allows you to capture shots from above. [And I'm talking way above, like in the air.]

To use, just throw the device into the air and the camera will automatically capture photos at customized time intervals. It can then transmit the images wirelessly by means of Bluetooth to your cell phone. Obviously, you can get some really cool photos and scenic shots; it is still unknown, however, the greatness in quality. Its range in the air may be kind of short too and—oh yeah—you'll have to be sure to catch it because of that damn thing called gravity. Not to worry though. The designer considered the fact of it landing on the ground a lot, which is why the camera is housed in a protected covering, though I wonder how long it could possibly stand the effects after numerous crashes to the ground. On the bright side, if your MySpace background doesn't get you many friend requests, maybe these pics will.
