A Passionate Observer: A Tribute to Helen Drutt

What: The exhibition, entitled A Passionate Observer: A Tribute to Helen Drutt,  will be held at The Clay Studio. This highly-anticipated show includes the work of over 40 major artists, all of whom Helen represented or exhibited over her long and distinguished career. Participating artists include Wayne Higby, Bill Daley, Lizbeth Stewart, Nancy Carman, Paula Winokur, Robert Winokur, James Makins, Michael Lucero, Val Cushing, Robert Arneson, Peter Voulkos, Patti Warashina, Betty Woodman and Anne Currier. The exhibition will open with a Preview Reception on Friday, March 27, 2009, from 5:00 - 6:30 pm, at The Clay Studio. The unveiling will be followed by a Lecture at 7:00 pm, given by Drutt, at the Independence Visitors Center in Philadelphia, at 6th and Market Streets. A black tie Gala Dinner will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2009 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia, PA. Private tours of collections and other weekend events will also be held on Saturday and Sunday. Exhibit active until April 26th.
