Bastille Day

What: Bastille Day at Eastern State Penitentiary is one of Philadelphia's most popular summertime events! Local businesses team with Eastern State for a playful reenactment of the Storming of the Bastille (influenced more by Monty Python than the French Revolution) followed by a French-themed street party. Come early and take a tour of Eastern State (standard admission), or stay late and take a 25-minute evening tour following the reenactment!

Black Star Games

What: It's back! The bi-annual Punk Rock Flea Market, R5 Productions' largest and most exciting reoccurring event! As always, there will be 2000+ visitors and 100+ seller tables of old records, clothes, art, music, food, bicycles, junk, instruments, furniture, computers, skateboards, books, etc. All proceeds benefit the purchase of necessary equipment and supplies to ensure that those ever-popular all ages shows continue at the First Unitarian Church in Philadelphia.
