What: In its third exhibition of Fleisher Art Memorial's Wind Challenge series, Challenge 3 showcases the work of three talented artists. Johanna Inman will be showing old photographs focusing on disregarded books and highlighting the subtleties of time and decomposition; Yvonne Lung will show a video installation based on stories told to her by Chinese immigrants and Constantina Zavitsanos will be showing unique, engaging sculptures. Gallery hours are 11AM - 5PM.

What: The 2nd annual Philadelphia Independent Film Festival returns to the Northern Liberties for another year of cinematic magic. Going on Thursday June 25-Sunday June 28, this four-day event will showcase the work of filmmakers citywide and worldwide, featuring an incredible range of discussions, panels, and meet & greets. Opening night, June 25th, celebrations go down at NorthBowl Lounge 'n' Lanes for an extravaganza including free bowling, hors d’oeuvres, 2 drink tickets, raffle, and entry for prize drawings.

Spring Awakening

What: Multiple Tony Award-winning Broadway musical Spring Awakening comes to Philadelphia. Duncan Sheik (we all remember radio hit "Barely Breathing") wrote all of the music, giving the musical a folky/alternative rock feel, as it explores teenage sexuality and the transition to adulthood in late 19th century Germany.
